The spirit of harmony and togetherness came alive on a beautiful Sunday morning as the Samanvaya Living community gathered at Sri Aurobindo Ashram, Delhi, to celebrate both World Yoga Day and World Music Day.

The gathering began with a soulful musical invocation offered by Richa and Aditya, setting a serene and contemplative atmosphere for the morning. Music, devotion, and silence came together to create a space of inner quiet and shared presence.

This was followed by a guided yoga session led by Ruchi, who thoughtfully facilitated a practice integrating mindful movement, breath awareness, and gentle alignment, inviting participants to deepen their connection with body and mind.Participants of diverse ages and backgrounds came together on the mat, exploring movement, alignment, breath, and awareness in a spirit of joy and mindfulness.

As the session drew to a close, Richa facilitated a guided music listening experience inspired by principles of music-based therapy. Through mindful listening and reflection, participants experienced music not merely as entertainment, but as a medium for relaxation, inner exploration, and healing.

The morning was further enriched by participation in the Sunday Satsang at the Ashram, where members of the Samanvaya team joined the devotional choir in offering music and collective prayer. Sharing in this sacred tradition added another meaningful dimension to the celebration.

We were also delighted to meet several participants of our upcoming Jeevan Yog Retreat, making the gathering a wonderful opportunity to reconnect, exchange experiences, and strengthen our growing community.

It was heartening to witness so many people come together at such a pious and vibrant venue, celebrating not only Yoga and Music, but also the deeper values of connection, harmony, and conscious living.

We look forward to many more such mornings of shared learning, healing, and togetherness.
