Ruchi’s journey is rooted in the practice and philosophy of Integral Yoga—where life itself becomes the field of awareness.

Her approach goes beyond physical postures. Through breath, movement, and presence, she creates spaces where participants can experience yoga as a living, evolving practice.

With a deep sensitivity to individual journeys, Ruchi brings both structure and openness—guiding people gently into alignment with their body, breath, and inner rhythm.

Counselling Psychologist & Music Therapist

Richa brings together the worlds of psychology and music in a deeply intuitive and compassionate way.

With a background in counselling and positive psychology, she holds space for reflection, emotional awareness, and inner exploration. Through music therapy, she opens pathways that go beyond words—allowing expression, release, and connection at a deeper level.

Her presence adds a layer of sensitivity and insight to every Samanvaya experience.

With over 20 years of experience in the corporate world, he also understands the realities of modern life—bridging structured environments with the need for pause, creativity, and inner balance.
