Aagaman (आगमन) – Come Home to Yourself

An immersive morning of yoga, reflection, music and mindful connection.

🟩 Samanvaya Circle (In-Person)

19 September 2026 · Saturday · 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Your Sacred Space, Gurugram

An Invitation to Arrive

Aagaman means arrival – an invitation to pause and arrive more fully in the present moment.

In a world that constantly asks for our attention, what if, for one morning, we gently turned that attention inward?

Aagaman is a three-hour immersive Samanvaya experience designed to create space for awareness, rest, reflection and connection.

Through meaningful conversation, Integral Yoga, guided meditation, live music, reflective practices and shared silence, we’ll explore what it means to slow down – not as an escape from life, but as a way of returning to it with greater presence, ease and connection.

Is this for you?

Aagaman may resonate with you if you:

  • feel mentally overloaded or constantly distracted
  • find yourself carrying stress in your body
  • feel emotionally stretched or overwhelmed
  • long for some quiet without withdrawing from everyday life
  • want to reconnect with yourself and your own inner rhythm
  • are curious about practical ways to cultivate greater awareness and balance

No prior Yoga or meditation experience is required.

Come as you are, and participate at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

What We’ll Explore

Understanding the Overstimulated Mind

Facilitated by Richa Sharma

Modern life can keep us constantly engaged — with notifications, information, decisions, responsibilities and emotional demands.

In this interactive exploration, we’ll look at:

  • why the mind can find it difficult to slow down
  • how overstimulation can influence emotions, relationships and decision-making
  • what psychology can teach us about our patterns of activation and rest
  • the difference between simply coping and experiencing a sense of safety
  • small, practical ways of creating more space in everyday life

This isn’t a lecture. It’s an opportunity to understand ourselves with greater curiosity and compassion. It is an invitation to understand yourself with greater compassion.

Returning Through the Body

Integral Yoga with Ruchi Arora Mohan

When the mind is busy, we often lose touch with what is happening in the body.

Through gentle movement, breath awareness and mindful relaxation, we’ll explore Yoga as a way of returning to the body and becoming more present.

The practice is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners.

Returning Through Sound

Guided Meditation & Sound Experience with Aditya Pathak

Sound can offer a different doorway into presence — sometimes reaching beyond what words can express.

Through guided meditation, immersive soundscapes and moments of silence, we’ll explore ways of allowing attention to settle and awareness to become more spacious.

Rather than trying to empty the mind, the practice invites us to simply notice, listen and return.

Music, Reflection & Closing Circle

We’ll bring the morning to a close through music, reflection and shared singing.

No performance. No expectations.

You may sing, listen, or simply be present.

Together, we’ll explore music not as something to perform, but as another way of experiencing connection — with ourselves and with one another.

What You May Take Away

Not answers to everything — but perhaps a different way of meeting yourself and everyday life.

You may leave with:

  • a quieter relationship with your own mind
  • practical ways to create more space amidst everyday demands
  • greater awareness of your body, breath and emotions
  • simple practices you can return to in daily life
  • a sense of physical and mental rest
  • the experience of being part of a warm, participative community

What to Bring

  • Comfortable clothing suitable for gentle Yoga
  • A personal water bottle
  • A journal and pen, if you’d like to reflect or write
  • A shawl or light jacket, if you tend to feel cold in air-conditioned spaces

Yoga mats will be provided. You’re also welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.

Before You Arrive

The Yoga practice will begin at approximately 10:00–10:15 AM.

For greater comfort during the practice, we recommend keeping at least 90 minutes between your last meal and the beginning of Yoga.

If needed, you’re welcome to have a light breakfast beforehand. Tea and a light, nourishing snack will be served during the mid-session break.
